long story short...i'm just absolutely on

...and desperate not to bring anyone and everyone down like
dominoes with me...
so figured it was best to just shooosh...
been waiting on the crisis team to get in touch since GP asked them to
at 10am on Tuesday...good grief -this is the CRISIS INTERVENTION in the
UK (well, Glagsow anyway)...i'm on my knees and my brain has had to
check out just so i'll BE HERE to BE HELPED....but i swear -if they say
"what do you expect from us" like last time...there's a fair chance i'll
smash something...
